Which paddle should I start with?
If you're a control player or new to pickleball, start with the Court Club 01. More power-focused or coming from tennis? The 02 is a better transition.

Are your paddles tournament-approved?
Yes — every PBall paddle is USAPA-approved and listed officially. The Court Club 04 Pro is the best choice for sanctioned tournaments.

How does the 30-day on-court trial work?
Play with the paddle. Use it. If it's not the right one, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — even if used. We cover return shipping in Canada and the US.

Can I return a worn item?
Apparel returns are accepted when items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags and within 60 days.

Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same day, Monday to Friday. Tracking number within 24 hours. Free carbon-neutral shipping over $120.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada, the US, the UK and the EU. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery.
Care
How do I clean my paddle?
Wipe the face with a damp microfibre after each session. Replace the overgrip every 30 to 40 hours of play. Avoid leaving the paddle in a hot car.
