lost or stolen packages

If a package is marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen without photographic proof of delivery, we will send you a replacement. If the items are no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase amount.

However, please note that if a replacement shipment is returned to us, it will not be eligible for a refund; only an exchange or store credit will be offered, provided the return conditions are met.
